Product descripation:
The equipment is through-type, used for two-layer chromium plating on the outer surface of round rod material (slender shaft). The equipment is composed of automatic feeding system, driving system, conductive system, activation system, electroplating system, automatic unloading system, pressure system, temperature control system and electronic control system.

2.1 Application
The device is used for coating the outer surface of the round bar material (slender shaft) by passing the bar through. There are automatic front feeding device, plating pre-treatment device, chrome plating device, automatic rear unloading device, chromatic acid mist recycling device and electric control device in this system.
2.2 Basic Requirements

2.2.2 Product Quality Requirements:
1) Coating Thickness: 10-60μ m
2) Chromium Plating Appearance: Chrome plating layer continuous smooth, crystal delicate and mirror bright, without non-plating part on the surface. The surface has no pinhole, chrome bump, rough part, burr, peeling or other defects.
3) Chrome Layer Hardness: Greater than or equal to 850HV. Chrome plated layer is firmly coated, and does not shedding off in the test of reverse saw knife.
2.2.3 Machine operating environment in customer's factory
2.2.3.1 In normal conditions, environmental temperature should be -10 degree to 50 degree . In atrocious weather, the customer should provide detailed condition.
2.2.3.2 Relative humidity: Less than or equal to 85 percent ; water: pure water; 0.2-0.3 Mpa; compressed air: normal 0.5-0.6 Mpa.
2.2.3.3 Power supply: 3 phase 380V±10 percent （Any difference, please provide detailed parameter.） 50HZ±2 percent
2.2.3.4 Air medium: corrosive medium; status: chrome acid mist.
3.【Equipment Main Technical Features】
3.1 The system is energy saving and environmental protection to make products with the discharge of waste water chromium free. The washing water still flows into the master groove before and after the work-piece (processing target) is in the groove. Supplement the plating solution for its evaporation and decomposition decreasing. The plating tank and circulating tank ventilation are all channeled to chromium mist recycling and purification separation device. The detained chrome mist and washing water are guided to main tank to supply for the loss of plating evaporation, which saves energy and at the same time, protects the environment. Chromium mist recycling and purification tower ensure the quality of the purification effect, and at the same time achieve zero discharge of electroplating waste-water.
3.2 The anode plate distance between the work-pieces is relatively small. The work-piece passes through the imitation anode and moved in with even speed, which guarantees the evenness of plating coating both in circumferences of the bar, or in the direction of the axis of the bar.
3.3 The electroplating layer adopts the multi-layer electroplating chrome technology to realize the chrome plating chrome plating technical problem, which greatly improves the electroplating efficiency of the equipment and the corrosion resistance of the chrome layer.
3.4 The device adopts two-channel through-plating technology, which can achieve two pieces of work piece at the same time continuous electroplating, greatly improving the efficiency.
3.5 The device adopts special plating process and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the plated work piece. The NSS test can reach over 80 hours for 25um thickness plating. For normal plating, it guarantees 120 hours. For special requirements, please make special remarks.
